Everyone is cordially invited to the Summerland ARC Hamfest ("SARCFEST"). at the clubrooms, 414 Richmond Hill Road, Richmond Hill. 11km east of Lismore, off the Bruxner Highway.
Gates open at 8am. Traders entry from 7 am.
Parking via Livotto Drive.

I agree with the Oregon law that restricts the use of cell phones while driving. I find it inconvenient at times, but I recognize this is a safety issue and I respect the law. I wish to dispute the content of your recent SYA article relating to the exemptions to the law.

| The biggest new rule in this year's CQ WW DX Contests is aimed at multi-operators, trying to make sure that those stations aren't running too many signals on one band.
