Everyone is cordially invited to the Summerland ARC Hamfest ("SARCFEST"). at the clubrooms, 414 Richmond Hill Road, Richmond Hill. 11km east of Lismore, off the Bruxner Highway.
Gates open at 8am. Traders entry from 7 am.
Parking via Livotto Drive.

A day after a radio-sport.net story and hours after a stinging public rebuke by a six time CQ WW contest winner, the CQ WW Contest Committee announced it would not combine the Single Operator and Single Operator Assisted categories because of concerns over the ability to detect cheating.
"We continue to totally support SO and SOA being separate," said CQ WW Director Bob Cox K3EST.

| For a second straight year, the ARRL has been forced to rescore the final numbers in the IARU HF Contest, again shuffling the Top Ten boxes of a number of categories, after the results had already been finalized and printed in the March edition QST Magazine. | With the CQ WW Contest Committee under fire over its handling of possible cheaters in 2008, Contest Director Bob Cox K3EST fired back this past week, arguing the committee has done its best to ferret out those who are breaking the rules in CQ WW DX.
