Everyone is cordially invited to the Summerland ARC Hamfest ("SARCFEST"). at the clubrooms, 414 Richmond Hill Road, Richmond Hill. 11km east of Lismore, off the Bruxner Highway.
Gates open at 8am. Traders entry from 7 am.
Parking via Livotto Drive.

| After two straight USA Single Operator High Power victories, Randy Thompson K5ZD will not be going for three in a row in 2009, making the 2009 CQ WW SSB Contest in the US a likely shootout of top stations in New England and along the East Coast. Thompson instead will host W1UE, as W1UE, K1DG, K1LZ, NN3W, K3CR and others battle for top SOAB HP honors in the US. read full article |

| IARU Official Blasts Contesters For Out of Band Operations |
| In an unusually public criticism of contesters by a top IARU official, the President of IARU Region I
blasted the conduct of some contesters in the recent 2010 CQ 160 SSB Contest, saying a number of stations

| With extra interest because of qualifying for the 2009 World Radiosport Team Championships, Andy Cook G4PIQ helped his bid for the WRTC by winning top European honors in the 2008 WAE SSB Contest. | As the bands come alive this weekend for the CQ WPX SSB Contest, there's fresh evidence from the results of the 2010 WPX SSB of the ongoing crackdown by contest sponsors on cheating within the ham radio contest community.
