Everyone is cordially invited to the Summerland ARC Hamfest ("SARCFEST"). at the clubrooms, 414 Richmond Hill Road, Richmond Hill. 11km east of Lismore, off the Bruxner Highway.

A Few Sunspots Drive Active 2009 IARU Test
While the sunspot numbers over the IARU 2009 weekend were nothing spectacular, there was more than enough activity to keep the bands active, as even 10 meters showed some life at times. Early top scores included John Sluymer VE3EJ and Fernando Martinez EF3A (EA3KU) with 2.28 and 2.29 million points from opposite sides of the Atlantic in the single op Mixed High Power category.
